Kelsey and Jacob’s spring wedding at The Chapel at Gruene in New Braunfels was one of those days that felt effortlessly joyful from beginning to end. The open-air chapel is one of my favorite venues in New Braunfels, especially for couples planning a more intimate celebration. The light pours in beautifully, the property flows so naturally from ceremony to cocktail hour, and the backyard-style reception space makes the entire evening feel relaxed and welcoming. Adding smilax to the chapel completely transformed the ceremony space and gave it an even more magical, garden-inspired feel. With perfect spring weather and two people who couldn’t stop smiling, this Chapel at Gruene wedding was such a fun one to document.

From the open-air ceremony space to the easy flow of the property, it’s one of those venues that just works in every direction.
