Choosing your wedding photographer is an important, lasting decision when it comes to planning your big day. Not only are the photos forever, and can't be redone, but I'll be with you more than any other vendor on the wedding day and that means trusting me with the responsibility of not only documenting your memories, but just as importantly: How you actually experience your day. Investing in a seasoned professional (me, hehe), along with other key vendors, can be the key to reducing stress and creating the experience you've dreamed of. Something to consider when it comes to budgeting and prioritizing vendors: Years down the line, you probably wouldn't regret cutting back on a few flower arrangements or dessert options the way you would regret cutting corners with your photography. Photography is truly an investment in a product you'll treasure for the rest of your lives, and something that will only become more important as the years go by.

When you imagine your wedding day, you probably imagine a fun-filled, romantic, exciting experience that you'll share together with family and friends. What you may have never considered (unless you've been a bridesmaid or groomsmen in a lot of weddings and have seen it first hand), is just how much the photographer can influence almost every part of the wedding from the time they arrive until the reception starts. The way that I prep before the wedding so that there is no confusion or lack of communication, to the way that I direct you, push your timeline along without causing a panic, and even my tone of voice when I speak with your wedding party and family can have a dramatic effect on the overall energy of your day. The digital age of photography is scary, don't let your photos live only on your computer (and risk losing them if the hard drive crashes) or in cloud storage that you don't own. Turning your images into tangible products that can be passed down for generations is the final piece of your investment. Choose this package if you would love to have me handle this part of the process for you, including backing your photos up on a nice USB so that you have a safe copy of everything in additional to your gallery on your computer.

What Next? | The Process
01.
Reach out to me to ask me any questions, schedule a Zoom meeting (optional), and/or to let me know that you're ready to move forward with booking!
02.
Contract + Retainer
After you've decided on a package and any add-ons, I'll send over a contract to sign and an invoice to pay your retainer. A $1,500 non-refundable retainer is needed to reserve your date on my calendar (the remainder of your total won't be due until one week before yoru wedding).
03.
It's Official!
After I have your contract signed and retainer paid, I'll email you to confirm and you'll officially have your date reserved on my calendar and any new inquiries for your date will be turned away (this is why the retainer is nonrefundable).
04.
Photoshoot Scheduling
Now that you're booked, we can schedule your engagement session (if you're opting for one)! For bridals, I'll put a note in my calendar to reach out to you to get that scheduled a few months before your wedding date. At this time I'll share more information with you on what to wear, location recommendations, and how to prepare for your session.
05.
Timeline Creation
After booking, I'll send over a timeline questionnaire for you to fill out so that I can gather some info from you in order to put together a custom photography timeline recommendation to help in your planning process. Even if you have a great wedding planner working on your master timeline, it can be extremely helpful to have my input early on so that my end of things fits well within the overall plan.

Pre-Wedding Prep + Shotlist
As your wedding day approaches (usually during the last couple of weeks when most of the details are finalized or close to it) I'll send over a detailed Pre-Wedding Questionnaire to fill out for me. This is where I'll gather all of the important info from you that I need to capture your wedding, from the finalized timeline to how you would describe your vision, your family shot-list, special requests, basic info like addresses and where I should meet you, etc. There's even a place for you to warn me if there are any family dynamics I need to have a heads up about when it comes to organizing family photos after your ceremony. This questionnaire is custom created by yours truly and is the result of years of experience and is my key to having no room for misunderstandings when it comes to your wedding day. It usually covers all of my basis and leaves me feeling fully prepared, but we can also schedule a final meeting at this time to go over things if needed.
07.
The Wedding Day!
The big day is finally here! I'll arrive (along with my second shooter) at the time and place you've specified in your questionnaire and contract, and get to work. Because everything will already have been planned ahead of time and I'll already have my timeline in hand, you'll be free to relax and enjoy your day while I and your other vendors move things along!
08.
After the Wedding
Within 48 hours of your wedding day, you'll have a special delivery in your inbox: A link to a sneak peek of your wedding photos! The rest of your wedding will be carefully edited by me over the next 8 weeks and delivered by email in another gallery.
If you've chosen Package Two, you'll be asked at this time to create a favorites list in your online gallery to select the images you'd like included in your box of prints, and they'll be ordered, packaged beautifully in a custom heirloom keepsake box along with all of your photos backed up on a designer USB, and shipped to your door. I'll also create a custom story-telling album design of your wedding day and send you a digital mock-up to preview, along with pricing, which you'll have the option to customize/add to/approve and purchase, if you choose to. The shop in your gallery will also allow you design your own album, but some of my clients prefer that I do the designing for them!
