Kennedy & Jacob

Kennedy and Jacob’s wedding at Posey Meadows in San Marcos, Texas was built around intention. From the beginning, they told me they cared more about experiencing their day than disappearing for hours of portraits. So as their Posey Meadows wedding photographer, I designed a custom photography timeline that broke portraits into smaller sessions throughout the day. It’s my favorite way to do it. They were able to breathe, spend time with their friends, actually join part of cocktail hour, and still step away for beautiful portraits in the best light without sacrificing their experience.

These two are truly some of the kindest people I’ve met. So sweet, so steady, so clearly adored by everyone around them. The entire day at Posey Meadows flowed effortlessly, full of joy and genuine connection. My favorite moment was their private last dance at the end of the night, when Kennedy started crying because she couldn’t believe such an incredible day was already over. A little bittersweet, but the kind of emotion that proves it was just that good. The kind of memories that carry you for a lifetime.
